Some county & state regulations require employees to meet certain criteria in order to be present on-site. You can customize what requirements will be put in place, based on your needs.


With the Compliance Checklist you can designate a population of users that must meet certain requirements. 



Checklist Setup


A default checklist will be provided with only Health Screening & Instant Test Results (if Test Results were previously enabled). This will maintain the normal workflow that current customers experience. This can be customized or you can create a new one.


  • Begin by clicking your name at the top right > Settings > Compliance Checklist



  • Click Add Checklist



  • Give the checklist a meaningful name. It will belong to a population that you choose. You can select Employees/Students/Contractors & apply rules to which specific set of users will be following these rules.


  • Choose the compliance checks:


Badge Color
Indicates the badge color users should receive if they are compliant
Fully VaccinatedRequires these users maintain a fully vaccinated status in order to receive the designated badge color
Instant Test ResultsRequires these users have an approved test result in order to receive the designated badge color
Temperature Test ResultsRequires these users receive a passing temperature test in order to receive the designated badge color
Health ScreeningRequires these users to perform daily health screenings in order to receive the designated badge color
Open Medical Cases
Requires these users to have no open cases in order to receive the designated badge color
Wearing a Mask
Requires these users to have a mask on in order to receive the designated badge color and enter the building (does require a gatekeeper) For more information on Gatekeepers, click here


For each of the compliance checks, the checks that are toggled ON will require this population to meet that criteria before they will receive a green badge. You may also choose to display this compliance check on the badge by toggling Display on Badge ON.


More compliance checks will be added in the future.


The Compliance Instructions field is the custom content that is provided to this population of users describing the policy around being compliant.



Example 1:


This checklist is for all fully vaccinated users. They must meet two requirements & both will be displayed on their badge. Under the Compliance Instructions section I have provided these users with what requirements they must meet.

  1. Maintain a status of fully vaccinated.
  2. Perform daily health screenings.





Example 2:


This checklist is for all non-vaccinated users. They must meet two requirements & only one will be displayed on their badge. Under the Compliance Instructions section I have provided these users with what requirements they must meet.



Notice: As long as a user is not fully vaccinated, these requirements will need to be met before they will receive a green badge. Once a user is fully vaccinated, the requirements of example 2 will no longer apply to them; the requirements for example 1 will apply to them. 




Viewing Compliance


From within a employee/student/contractor record click the Compliance tab to view which checklist they belong to. This will show you which checklist the user is required to be compliant with.





User Experience


Users can view what their compliance instructions are by opening the mobile app > tap Badges / Screening > tap the question mark at the top right of the badge.


 



Partially Vaccinated Users


Compliance Checklists can also be created by vaccination status, via adding a Vaccination Status rule to the checklist.


This will enable users to set up multiple checklists, dependent on the vaccination status, with different instructions for each level of the vaccination process.
