Groups replace Departments:

  • In our newest Clear To Go! release, the "Departments" field is replaced with a new field "Groups". Groups can be used to organize by team, department, class or any other group differentiator that your organization uses. This new category has all the same functionality of Departments, with additional security and flexibility. For details on setting up and using your groups please see our Groups FAQ.
  • PLEASE NOTE: As part of the transfer over to Groups, any existing Departments for your organization have been migrated to become Groups. This means you will not need to re-add those as Groups to make use of this functionality.
